Purchased bow handles originally and received a email saying they were at least 6 weeks away as they were out of stock! Made one phone call changing my choice of handles in two days received not only the newly selected handles but the refund from the original out of stock order!! I know out of stock is not what you want to hear but at least they dealt with it promptly and efficiently, have to say i'm glad i chose the second set!
