I ordered three Carlisle brand reeded brass handles. They turned out not to be in stock, and were "Back-ordered" but would take a month to finally get to me. When I mentioned that this was not acceptable to me, one of the helpful MoreHandles staff offered me a higher-priced alternative at no extra cost. I have received the alternatives and they are very good. Thanks for great products, and the very efficient service.
