I made an order a few weeks back and after a few days Aidan e-mailed me to say one item would be delayed. I asked for the rest ASAP as they were needed and received them by return of post. I then made a subsequent order and found one of the sealed packets was missing a part. Aidan contacted the manufacturer who then replaced the entire unit. And what's more, their prices are great too!
