Having ordered two rim latches and five sets of rim lock knobs, the order arrived very promptly and well packed. Unfortunately two sets of door knobs were wrong, after waiting over the weekend I phoned More Handles first thing Monday morning. I had a return label emailed tome almost immediately and the correct door knobs next day. Very pleased, excellent service we will not hesitate to use More Handles again when we want locks and door knobs. Thank you.
