I am editing this review to 5* now after MoreHandles replied to me about my faulty handles which I've had for over 3 years and they contacted the supplier and resent me some new ones to replace the faulty handles so I am very happy with the outcome and now fingers crossed that these replacements are good. Also their customer service was really good with special thanks to Rachael who was in constant contact with me. This is what customer service should be like.
