I wanted the black ironmongery handles for new doors and wasn't sure which locks or latches to choose. I rang and spoke to a very friendly and helpful person called Paul and he gave me the reference numbers I needed and advice on sizes etc The handles arrived very quickly, were exactly what I had ordered and I have no complaints about the quality or service offered by morehandles.
