The handles we purchased were made to order and there was consequently a wait. More Handles kept us up to date about a slight delay at the manufacturer’s end and shipped the order on the promised day. The communication was excellent. The courier/import agent at our end in Australia was unfortunately not so good. We had to insist on talking to a supervisor in order for them to process the shipment and have it cleared by Customs. Once cleared it arrived quickly, but More Handles might wish to investigate a more reliable courier for this country. I’d have no hesitation recommending More Handles themselves, and the handles we purchased are beautiful.
