Order arrived on time and was well packaged. Unfortunately, when the door knobs were being fitted, one of the back plates was missing and the other cracked.There were also some missing screws. However, I got on to the customer services and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant girl who arranged for replacements to be send out 1st class. They arrived promptly the next day and I was delighted. Good service and the knobs are lovely. Well pleased.
