Unfortunately part of my order had been discontinued and they didn't have enough in stock for what I needed to do. However they were fast to highlight that and apologise for the inconvenience. Refund for that part of the order was fast, no hassle and the door handles I ordered arrived the next day! I am very happy with my selection, they look great. I would certainly purchase from them gain.
