Have been using More Handles for a decade for door furniture. This time around however, the delivery timescale ballooned. One of my two ordered products was out of stock and unavailable from the manufacturer. But instead of More Handles being proactive, it took three phone calls from me to establish the reason for the delay, agree a product change and, eventually, receive the order. After two weeks.
Products are good and good value, however.
