I originally bought 4 handle sets in November 2021 but didn't open them until two weeks ago. One of the boxes was missing the chrome collars. I called More Handles and they immediately dispatched two pairs of collars which fitted perfectly. Now that's what I call service! I have since ordered and received another set of the same model, which arrived the following day! Would therefore recommend More Handles to anyone wanting quality and excellent service.
