The products are well-priced. Service from the sales team is excellent and will continue to use, unfortunately, the use of DPD as the courier of choice for online orders means that the last two orders have not arrived in a timely manner. DPD service at least in South Wales valleys is very poor. I would suggest the site is changed with an option of Royal Mail or an alternative added as a purchaser option. Ive been advised by more handles to place orders via telephone so that I can instruct them to send via mail, which in future I would do.
