I was disappointed that I was not given instruction on how I could track my order by More Handles. I emailed More Handles and although I was given details of when the parcel was due for delivery I was still not shown how to access that information independently. I understand that this can be accessed through an account, but I don't remember setting up an account or password, so was not able to get into this. I asked about my account and no information was forthccoming. Not helpful. Apart from that the service was fine from More Handles and the locks were delivered at the time suggested. I think it is a shame that you cannot pick a time and date that is convenient after ordering the item as you can with other couriers.
