They go out of their way to avoid helping you
I broke down at 02.30 am with a flat battery - they would not help unless I paid double the annual premium as I said I may have left a parking light on ( which I actually had not ) when I informed them they still would not help. I was fuming and still am - go to a proper breakdown insurer
