Avoid at all costs An absolute disgrace ! I tried to claim as my clutch burnt out .They refused to send a break down lorry as I had inadvertently scraped the door on the garden wall pushing the car onto the drive . They claimed it was an accident so I wasn't covered .The car was in a dangerous position and they couldnt give a fig about public safety.2gether has acted in an extremely dishonourable way. I will be seeking legal advice with a view to suing them . Do not be misled by a cheap quote. Their coverage is worthless and more importantly your safety and public safety is of no interest to them .

Shame on you. I am recovering from heart attack and flu. My car needed a jump start because the battery was flat. You responded well BUT as I was on my way - because it’s a hybrid it stopped again at a busy junction and you refused to come out again saying I should have taken to a garage!! How could I get it to a garage when I was stuck at a traffic lights and the car would not move. A very kind stranger stopped and went the extra mile to assist with a jump start. Shame on you. I and my family will not be renewing with you. Shame on you.

Absolutely horrendous. Broke down on the m25 in the dark and spent 38 minutes trying to get through to have them put the phone down on me.. Had to pay 200 quid road side and told id get reimbursed 40 quid of the call out fee. Sent the receipt in and OF COURSE it wasn't good enough. Had to then wait for another receipt. Got spoken to like dirt on the email service only to finally get my claim submitted to get TEN POUNDS back after 2 weeks of waiting 🤣 honestly.... I wouldn't recommend these in the slightest. Don't waste your money. Cheap price cheap service

Stay away as far as possible from this company. They'll find an excuse not to help and exploit by charging ridiculous amount of money when they find a person in a desperate situation. I got a flat tyre and said I may have hit the kerb on a freezing day. They refused me any cover and offered to replace the punctured tyre with the spare tyre in my car for £826!

£7.50 “admin fee” just to change my vehicle on my policy!! Rip off. I normally try not to use my services, but I feel like they’re getting their money’s worth from me, so I need to look to do the same!

second time i’ve broken down and forgot to replace this cover which is the absolute worst cover ever. i’ve now been stranded for over 4 hours with no eta given. the first time was bad enough as they went on about cancellation fees etc. like they are waiting and wanting you to cancel or leave your car after so long so they can bill you. funny how this time they said you can make your own way home and they will pick the car up but last time it was that if youre not by the vehicle they will charge you cancellation fee due to the car not being accessible etc. this breakdown cover was for homestart but no drivers are mechanics and hold no tools so it’s simply just a recovery service taken the pee!! absolutely disgusted and no sign of recovery yet 4 and half hours single female still waiting

Was left stranded on M6. Very unhelpful. Would only help after i got Highways agency involved. Towed me to main dealership who had no idea I was coming and couldn't look at the car for a week or allow me to leave the car there. This company are rogue traders as far as I'm concerned!

I do not recommend this company at all. As I had phoned in August, but not made a claim, my cover is no longer valid. However, they didn’t tell me this. I am stranded 300 miles from home with my young children, with additional needs, and don’t know what to do. The person on the phone was very rude and made a lot of mistakes, e.g. telling me I had made a claim yesterday. Avoid at all costs.

If there was a no star review I would have click on that. Broke down in July on one of the hottest days of the year and although 76 was not asked if I was OK at any time. Having eventually got through to the assistance number was effectually told to find a garage locally and ring them back and they would recover me to it. I said surely that was their job as a breakdown service but as a retired mechanic of 40 years I knew it was fairly terminal so asked to be recovered home which was 46 miles away to be told I only had cover for up to 40 miles or to nearest garage whichever was the closest so would have to pay for a private recovery. I told him my policy contained NATIONAL RECOVERY but apparently that isn't what it means (they agree to come out anywhere in the UK for a breakdown) I arranged with them a recovery home which took two and half hours to get to me and cost me £250 for 46 miles. AVOID unless you like a breakdown company where you do everything yourself and pay for it again. I agree with other reviewers they do not know the meaning of good customer service and are misleading in their wording eg national recovery to them does not mean that.

It was the Coingeco exchanges directory that led me to Coinfirm. I'm looking for a mechanism that lets me know if my exchange is safe. I was using an exchange that posed a very high danger, but my solution diligence showed that it was much safer today. Nonetheless, I use recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com to retrieve misplaced cryptocurrency holdings.

Review: Misleading Pricing & Poor Customer Service I subscribed to this company's recovery service after seeing a one-year subscription advertised for £17.95. Before subscribing, I called to confirm if there were any hidden fees, especially for callouts. The representative assured me there were none. However, when I called for assistance weeks later, I was told I had to pay an additional £50 – not just once, but every time I required their service. When I challenged this, I was told to "read the agreement," which I had not thoroughly reviewed, trusting the employee’s initial confirmation. This feels like a deliberate strategy, as many customers do not comb through lengthy agreements, leading to unexpected charges later. After learning about these hidden costs, I contacted the company to cancel my subscription and request a refund of the £17.95. The manager, Anwar, refused, citing the terms of the agreement and dismissing my request to review the call recording where their employee misled me. Worse, they cancelled my policy entirely, falsely claiming my car was used as a service vehicle – an issue that was never raised at the time of my subscription. I’ve since raised this matter with a fraud investigation department and requested the deletion of my personal data under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 due to concerns over how my information has been handled. This company is misleading and their customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Broke down on way to bring daughter to a music lesson. By sheer coincidence, we broke down opposite a car garage (this was closed at the time - 6.20pm). When calling 2gether, firstly I was cut off 4 times before finally getting through to someone. After saying they couldn't find our policy etc etc we finally advised that they easily locate us as we were opposite a car repair place. They then proceeded to tell us as part of company policy, they cannot pick us up as we are beside a car repair place!! So if I had said we were at the pub down the road, would they have come out?! Of course, they could offer paid for services, min £125 to bring us round the corner. We said no and paid just under £100 for a local tow service to bring us home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - STICK TO AUTO-AID

Thank you to all those people below who have written a review of this company. As a result of their unfortunate experience with this company and their subsequent reviews, I will not be purchasing breakdown cover from 2Gether Ins. You have most likely saved me from a harrowing experience and paying out alot of money.

We broke down with a car fault entirely unrelated to the ONE previous time they had been called out, + I sent them confirmation of the repair work carried out on that previous fault (prior to 6 months of car working fine). But they still insisted on £850 'precautionary' recovery cost up-front for Hull - Leicester pick-up. Rip-off merchants.

Although we have national recovery on the vehicle and onward travel. 2gether breakdown came out promptly but would only take my 19yr daughter, who was driving to the nearest town and dropped her at a repair garage at 5pm on a Friday night, leaving her and the car stranded 40 miles from home!! The garage quoted in excess of 4 weeks to even look at the car. Where was the "if it cannot be fixed same day, we'll provide travel to home, or other help for her. Will never use or recommend this company in future!

Avoid this company at all costs. Left me and my family stranded. It cost me about £450 to get home through AA emergency. They should be prosecuted for breach of contract. So should the comparative companies that sell their policies My story is the same as almost every body else who has left a negative feedback They seem to be in league with the AA. THEY SEEM TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE DESPERATE SO THEY ROB YOU FOR AS MUCH AS YOU CAN BEAR. SPECIALLY MR ABDUL THAT CHANGES THE GOAL POSTS TO SUIT AA. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.
