Awful company. On the two occasions I was unlucky enough to need breakdown assistance I gave up. The operators do everything they can to ensure you end up paying for the breakdown, assuming your lucky enough to even get to the point where they send someone out. Scam of a policy that says you are covered for most things but then they find loophole after loophole to make out that you're not covered.
Avoid at all costs, save yourselves the hassle.
