Avoid these at all cost. Current customer and they are awful. Reported an issue to them let's say a week ago roughly, my car wouldn't start at all at home. They got someone out, the recovery person jump started my car, and hey-presto the car works again. So, flat battery problem. I order a new battery, fit the battery. Drive it (yes it started without a jump start), went out doing those usual day to day chores. The car breaks down. Call them, and quite clearly the issue is now not battery related. They refused to send someone out for the excess and instead forced me to pay extra (because the car won't start), it must be the same fault as the original. What a load of BS that is.. they'll do anything in their power to not help you out if it doesn't suit them. When I edit this post or better yet, write a new post in a few days showing that the issue was not battery related in the slightest I'll be expecting a full refund, due to the NEW breakdown being unrelated to the original call out of the flat battery. Yeah, I'd avoid these at all costs. I won't be returning to them upon renewal
