Absolute clowns!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve been stranded, no updates for 2 hours so called them to be rudely told no one was coming! Did I want to just cancel and try again tomorrow. Which I stupidly did. Exactly the same again! Asked to speak to the manager Matt who told me to specifically ask for him then had the phone put down on me! I’ve had to just completely cancel the policy and call the AA which is a £150 call out!!
