“Awful company. On the two occasions I was unlucky enough to need breakdown assistance I gave up. The operators do everything they can to ensure you end up paying for the breakdown, assuming your lucky enough to even get to the point where they send someone out. Scam of a policy that says you are covered for most things but then they find loophole after loophole to make out that you're not covered.
Avoid at all costs, save yourselves the hassle.”

Reported an issue to them let's say a week ago roughly, my car wouldn't start at all at home. They got someone out, the recovery person jump started my car, and hey-presto the car works again. So, flat battery problem. I order a new battery, fit the battery. Drive it (yes it started without a jump start), went out doing those usual day to day chores. The car breaks down. Call them, and quite clearly the issue is now not battery related. They refused to send someone out for the excess and instead forced me to pay extra (because the car won't start), it must be the same fault as the original. What a load of BS that is.. they'll do anything in their power to not help you out if it doesn't suit them.
When I edit this post or better yet, write a new post in a few days showing that the issue was not battery related in the slightest I'll be expecting a full refund, due to the NEW breakdown being unrelated to the original call out of the flat battery.

“Left me alone for over 3 hours at night then said i am not covered due and spoken to in an awful manner. Everything has hidden charges and they do not listen to customers wishes or needs. I was terrified, freezing cold, and had to find a recovery company myself costing over £150 avoid these cowboys they do not care if you are in a vulnerable state. “Absolute clowns!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve been stranded, no updates for 2 hours so called them to be rudely told no one was coming! Did I want to just cancel and try again tomorrow. Which I stupidly did. Exactly the same again! Asked to speak to the manager Matt who told me to specifically ask for him then had the phone put down on me! I’ve had to just completely cancel the policy and call the AA which is a £150 call out!!

Everyone has to be very careful of this company, they put the price down to encourage people to join them, and when you need their help they will tell you that your breakdown cover doesn't cover that. They are scammers.
Ranger Rover asked me not to drive the car and bring it to us by recovery vehicle because I had an amber engine warning light on the dashboard.
I had to pay for Range Rover recovery.

An absolute disgrace ! I tried to claim as my clutch burnt out .They refused to send a break down lorry as I had inadvertently scraped the door on the garden wall pushing the car onto the drive . They claimed it was an accident so I wasn't covered .The car was in a dangerous position and they couldnt give a fig about public safety.2gether has acted in an extremely dishonourable way. I will be seeking legal advice with a view to suing them . Do not be misled by a cheap quote. Their coverage is worthless and more importantly your safety and public safety is of no interest to them .”

I am recovering from heart attack and flu.
My car needed a jump start because the battery was flat. You responded well BUT as I was on my way - because it’s a hybrid it stopped again at a busy junction and you refused to come out again saying I should have taken to a garage!!
How could I get it to a garage when I was stuck at a traffic lights and the car would not move.
A very kind stranger stopped and went the extra mile to assist with a jump start.

“Absolutely horrendous. Broke down on the m25 in the dark and spent 38 minutes trying to get through to have them put the phone down on me.. Had to pay 200 quid road side and told id get reimbursed 40 quid of the call out fee. Sent the receipt in and OF COURSE it wasn't good enough. Had to then wait for another receipt. Got spoken to like dirt on the email service only to finally get my claim submitted to get TEN POUNDS back after 2 weeks of waiting 🤣 honestly.... I wouldn't recommend these in the slightest. Don't waste your money. Cheap price cheap service”
