Left me alone for over 3 hours at night then said i am not covered due and spoken to in an awful manner. Everything has hidden charges and they do not listen to customers wishes or needs. I was terrified, freezing cold, and had to find a recovery company myself costing over £150 avoid these cowboys they do not care if you are in a vulnerable state. As a woman i wanted something that would make me feel safe and cared for when these things happen, if you are the same DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
