DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Paid for cover then never received any details of my policy or documents despite numerous emails to them. They don’t answer the phone either. Warning bells. As far as I was concerned, I had NO cover with them and after waiting 2 months to hear from them I took out a policy with a proper breakdown company - the RAC.
I asked my bank to arrange a Charge Back to return my money. It took about 6 weeks but I got my money back in full. 2Gether would also have had to pay the bank investigation fees so I hope that they learned a lesson.
