The care and service is very good indeed. The problem is the high ongoing cost. I followed a 4 month course in the spring/summer but found £199 pcm too great a burden so i stopped and regained weight. I have started again and hope to be able to continue. I think there should be some encouragement like every 4th treatment free. This would be impetus to keep going
