Not good. I was advised by my GP not to use this medication as their is a history of Pancreatic cancer in my family.

I was a regular user from October 2022 until the summer when the costs of Ozempic sky rocketed and myBMI seemed to show little concern to help protect their regular customers. I took a break and decided to return this November. It seemed impossible to place an order via the app. I would update all the details and get to the payment stage only to find it would not process. I contacted customer service who initially said that there was no issue reported and to try an alternative web browser. I did and the same result. I reported again to customer service who then identified that it was actually a known issue with the phone I have. I eventually managed to process the order via an alternative device but this time the product was Wegovy. Bearing in mind I hadn't ordered since the summer and was originally using Ozempic, I did expect a message to come from the prescriber to notify me of any typical differences. But I received nothing, just the confirmation of the order. I originally felt that myBMI was very supportive when I first became a customer, but since the price hike I've felt that this is simply an interest in money making and not the safety of customers.

The item arrived late, so I emailed regarding whether it was still safe to use having been out of the fridge so long and received no reply. Not a good level of customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service waiting over 4 days for medication we can see it it stuck at depot with the post office tracking, but bmi refuse to refund or send a replacement until investigation is complete! When will the investigation be complete?? How long will I have to wait?? Will never use again and will certainly not recommend

I was recommended to myBMI by a friend who has successfully lost circa 19% of his body weight using their weight loss program. I decided it was my time to look at doing the same. The entire process was fairly easy to use. The application started with a medical assessment, then the order phase. Then the review by thier medical team. Once it was approved the order went live. That was Thursday, the package arrived the next day in this incredible cool pack giant envelope and box. I read everything thoroughly and used my first injection on the Saturday night. I only experienced one side effect which was feeling a bit nauseous. Since then I haven’t had any additional side affects. The main thing I have noticed (4 days in) is that I have had no desire to “graze” in between meals. I appreciate its very early days, so I’m mindful not to have unrealistic expectations especially during month 1-2. My experience so far with myBMI has been excellent.. they are professional and informative and I believe I have made the best decision to utilise their knowledge and experience and they even have a dedicated private fb group to join.

The pen which i paid £200 leaked in the fridge. I contacted them, after a series of questions, they sopped replying to me. I bascially only got 2 of 4 shots from it, feels like a scam. Try another service with better support.

I'm type2 diabetic, with hypertension and sleep apnea. I tried to get support through the NHS they told me I was a perfect candidate for wegovy but they had been told that they could prescribe it. So I had to to do something, my colleague told me about the support she had received from myBMI and she was right their support getting me set up on my journey has been brilliant. So my journey begins.

Well, I’ve yet to see how many treatments I get out of the latest pen, but the last pen only had three doses in it. I shall of course report back once this pen is empty.
