Purchased from the company a few times now. Last time wanted to increase dose. Ignored that request on consultation and phone lines down saying constant staff training. Otherwise good service

This is a great roduct and the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is they have been put of th 1.5mg dose for a while. The 1mg does isn't having quite the same effect now and I would like to increase up to 2mg. Without ordering the 1.5mg it will not allow me to order the 2mg.

I found the consultation straight forward and easy to use. There were some questions which I answered and replies from the team were quick. I have just started using BMI and hope this support and good communication continue.

Have been a customer for 2 years and the treatment has been life changing really. Lost weight I've been yo-yoing around for years, without feeling starved and miserable and then moved to trying to maintain it. It was pretty brilliant, with fast review of your consultation and dispatch via Royal Mail 24hr delivery. Meds are pretty well packaged in wool with an ice pack and enough needles. Whenever I had an issue, customer service staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the global shortage has made everything more difficult. The prices are now pretty jaw dropping, and they are struggling with stock, so I'll have to start weaning off - what used to be £200 is now £400. It's a shame they didn't limit new sign-ups so that existing clients could be cared for. The other issue I've had is that you can only hope they might be able to deliver on a day that suits you. I think for that price, with a refrigerated medication, it should be easy to pick a day and part of the process. I've also had times when I got no dispatch or delivery notification and was just lucky to get the package in time. Some tweaking could make it perfect, but overall was a big fan and it's a shame that it's become uneconomical. Hope they can sort the issues or I can find somewhere else.

Great staff who were extremely helpful in re-arranging my order around my holiday. Would have scored 5 but not being about to book a delivery slot for a refrigerated package makes this unnecessarily anxiety inducing. But your staff are fab. And using Royal Mail is good as at least you can track easily

Consultation was accepted really quickly and item dispatched the day after - also came with sharps bin etc which I didn't get from another supplier. Only issue was I did email them to cancel and they never responded but this was as I had read bad reviews and I was pleasantly surprised so glad they didn't cancel.

Consultation and service all Smooth, and quick responses. However it’s problematic with products that need to be kept cool for delivery by Royal Mail, it was 3 days later when I received the parcel by which time the medication was no longer kept in cool conditions. Might be worth considering a different method of delivery

I have knocked off a star because of the big price hike from £200 to £250 but other than that the experience has been fantastic.Consultation process is straight forward with advice given if needed and even free treatment for any side effects. The drug itself has been a revelation with only minimal side effects and in 5 months my weight has dropped from 88Kg to 72Kg! Dont forget will power is needed also as nothing happens without strict Calorie reduction but the drug makes this much easier. To be fair to the company re the price,a supplier change has been neccessary due to shortage of the product

The process of consultation, order and delivery is very quick which is brilliant. However, I would expect an email to say my order was out for delivery as this went to a neighbour who had to keep the large box in their fridge (as stated on the box). This was embarrassing as they were very curious about what was inside.
