Well, I’ve yet to see how many treatments I get out of the latest pen, but the last pen only had three doses in it. I shall of course report back once this pen is empty.

The products arrive well Packed and quickly. However i have been subjected too having to stick ti doses that dont work for me and buy them monthly when they have no impact on weight reduction. I need dose increases but it’s not available so have to continue to pay and use doses that don’t work for me. It’s all a little Frustrating. If I stop or discontinue and start again I will be asked to start at beginning dose again. So feel I have to continue until stock arrives if the does that I need

I’ve been using this provider for almost two years but the prices are now ridiculous. I’m paying £300 for .5mg a month. It’s not sustainable.

Hi, Please be advised that following a period of elevated demand for our services as a result of global stock shortages we had to increase our prices in order to secure stocks to maintain supply to our patients. We did this with the upmost consideration to the impact it would have on our patients. However last week we started the phased process of returning prices to our normal pricing structure, as such the price of 0.5mg is now back to £199. Started of very well. Then suddenly couldn't get the 14mg tablets to carry on with weight loss plan.

1.5 was unavailable so had to go back to 1mg very disappointing. Hope supply problems and pricing get back to normal soon. Awesome service and product when available.

Hi, Apologies for the interruptions in supply we are working hard with Novo Nordisk and their nominated UK distributor to increase the availability of the higher dosages, which are now back in stock in limited quantities. We expect supply disruptions for the rest of the year but are working hard to ensure continuity of service for our existing patients. Kind regards myBMI

Fine until now A glitch with changing delivery address was eventually dealt with but now the new issue of supply shortage has hit My BMI so I’m unable to buy my appropriate prescription. Prices have also shot up making future purchases questionable. Disappointed that this had not been anticipated and addressed but such is capitalism

The price of the product was increased last month by £20. That information was communicated to me. It went up again by £20. That’s £50 in two months. I didn’t realise until checkout which was a shock! How can this be justified? I found it very disappointing. The service from the company is efficient however.

We are sorry that we have had to increase our pricing which is due to demand outstripping supply of some of these medications leading to shortages driving up wholesale prices. It would simply not be sustainable for us to hold prices (as much as we would like to) in the face of increasing wholesaler costs. Not impressed so far. I completed my consultation online a number of times, and nothing happened. Rang the office only to be told that the product is out of stock and to keep trying. It would have been better of the website would have said that. When I eventually was able to complete the consultation and place my order, I expected a few days for my case to be reviewed. But it was reviewed almost immediately, which was good service, but that mean that the product was going to be delivered on a day that I wasn't in. So I called the office and put my order on hold (with the intention of releasing it when I knew I would be around to accept the delivery). A couple of days later, a day when I wasn't at home, I got an email to say that my order was out for delivery. When I got home that day I had a card from Royal Mail saying that they'd tried to deliver a package but as I wasn't in, they'd try again the next day. I rang the office to say that I wasn't happy to receive this product as it wouldn't be refridgerated over night. I was assured that the product was packed so that the low temp would remain for 48 hrs. The next day my item was delivered. It was at room temperature. The ice pack has not only melted, it wasn't even cold. Having been assured that this was OK, I used the item for the first time. No side effects so far, but whether the product is actually viable for this month, only time will tell.....
