Not good. I was advised by my GP not to use this medication as their is a history of Pancreatic cancer in my family.

The item arrived late, so I emailed regarding whether it was still safe to use having been out of the fridge so long and received no reply. Not a good level of customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service waiting over 4 days for medication we can see it it stuck at depot with the post office tracking, but bmi refuse to refund or send a replacement until investigation is complete! When will the investigation be complete?? How long will I have to wait?? Will never use again and will certainly not recommend

The pen which i paid £200 leaked in the fridge. I contacted them, after a series of questions, they sopped replying to me. I bascially only got 2 of 4 shots from it, feels like a scam. Try another service with better support.

Have delivered my orders days late on several occasions. Lowered prices on the day that I ordered but still charged me the higher price of £80 more When I complained they offered me a 5% discount but no refund of the £80

I’ve not lost any weight since starting this over 7 months ago because of increased dosage being unavailable. If you have invested so much time and money in this brand surely you must give the customers what they need to succeed?

Very disappointed that you charged me £379 knowing fine well you were dropping the price to £199 between this and not being able to get 1.7 mg is making me doubt my decision to stay with you Very unsatisfied customer

Not very happy with communication also sent me the wrong pan should’ve been 0.25% me 1 mg, which is too strong family and friends have said the same thing won’t be using this again.

Ozempic worked straight away and helped reduce my appetite. Tried the higher dose of Wegovy this had no positive effects on me at all. Drank water and exercise daily.

Extremely poor service. It’s hard to understand how you can accept people for a course of treatment and then not be able to provide them with the products they need, with no explanation, advice or suggestion. I basically started on treatment, have increased my dosage gradually and now can’t get the dosage i’m supposed to be on. I made contact with you with no reply.

I can see your order from last week and can confirm that the next dosage you require, (should you wish to continue your upward titration) is available. There have been some short term interruptions in stock supplies across the industry but we have rectified these in a few days and we seeing an abatement of these issues going forward. Awful. Have been a customer for over a year and my last order had my pen missing. Customer service won't help at all basically calling me a liar. They are now not responding. I'm nearly £400 out of pocket and no product

Sad to say but my parcel was completely soaked when I found it on my doorstep. The cool bag had burst and everything was soaked. I'm afraid to use it because of health and safety in case it wasn't at the right temperature, A lot of money lost.

I ordered my second injections and they have taken my money and I still not received my item it’s been a week now. Each time I call it just goes straight to the automated message and then it cuts off

Didn’t receive the additional medication I ordered plus been on 2mg for months (in the form of 2 x 1mg pens) but now I can only order 1mg pens at the hugely inflated price of £329 - slowly putting back all the weight 🤬

So disappointed that I had to drop from 2mg to 0.5mg due to your lack of stock. I would appreciate if you were able to prioritise those at the max level to ensure they are able to continue on that dosage. I also find your price hikes extraordinarily immoral. I’m not sure how increasing your prices by circa £250 a month is helping to solve the supply issue. I understand there are shortages, however, I imagine you will lose customers when supply catches up to demand, as your lack of communication to current and regular customers and prioritising those who require the highest dose to ensure that when stock becomes available we are informed. E.g. I would like to be able to order a further 1mg or 1.5mg to top up the 0.5 that I had to order, without having to wait until my next official consultation period. On a positive note, I do appreciate the speed of dispatch and the ability to send additional meds to assist with the side effects.

Very poor service don’t respond to any emails about the not receiving the product will have to through my bank to try and get a refund through doing a fraud claim

You were out of stock of 1.5 so I had to order 0.5 and I sent a note and the response was curt and unhelpful! I am a long term customer and now I see everything is back in stock. I desperately need to up the dose this week so can I re order a 1.0 mg please? Thank you janie schaffer

You fill in a consultation expecting a personal call back to discuss especially when considering using a product for a different reason to what it is licences for. Your money is taken and in fact no personal consult is provided - product is shipped and if you dare to request to return it because you haven’t had a conversation with a health professional to be confident it’s the right thing / safe to do - they will not allow a return / refund even though distance selling regulations are a thing they aren’t exempt from. Escalated to my bank to attempt to recover expensive costs for something that A) was looking for a discussion about using B) if I was confident to use without a consult - would not have the titration path stocks available to do the journey anyway…. Rude, ignorant and would recommend anyone who is not willing to risk their health without a discussion to stay away
