You fill in a consultation expecting a personal call back to discuss especially when considering using a product for a different reason to what it is licences for. Your money is taken and in fact no personal consult is provided - product is shipped and if you dare to request to return it because you haven’t had a conversation with a health professional to be confident it’s the right thing / safe to do - they will not allow a return / refund even though distance selling regulations are a thing they aren’t exempt from. Escalated to my bank to attempt to recover expensive costs for something that A) was looking for a discussion about using B) if I was confident to use without a consult - would not have the titration path stocks available to do the journey anyway…. Rude, ignorant and would recommend anyone who is not willing to risk their health without a discussion to stay away

Well as you asked. Had no 'consultation' for months. I just request more drugs and they are sent with no advice. BMI never answer queries. Prices have gone up extortionally, and supplies gone. I tried to cancel my last order but they ignored that as you have pay first - questions later. Too expensive and no 'service'.

I have been a customer for well over a year and was very happy with My-BMI until recently. Due to demand they have been unable to keep up with the supply of treatment, so the dose I have titrated up to is out of stock. Their prices have also doubled without warning in the last couple of months, making the treatment prohibitively expensive. This means that customers like myself, who have spent several thousand pounds on treatment are left in the position of having to abruptly end their treatment without titrating down to a maintenance dose. Meanwhile on their Facebook group, new customers are joining, despite My-BMI being able to offer treatment for current customers. Really disappointing.

We sincerely wish we had complete control over the situation to ensure you achieve your target weight loss successfully. The shortage caught us off guard as we had no prior warning, and despite using multiple supply chains, it unfortunately led to price increases. At myBMI, we made every effort to absorb as much of the increase as possible. We understand your frustration regarding new individuals joining the program at a lower dose. However, please know that we have sufficient stock available for the lower doses, and new patients are in the same situation as you were when you began your journey. I am getting quite significant side effects and requested some cyclizine to help with nausea. Despite the high prices no cyclizine was sent with the injection which is a shame as myBMI advertise offering complementary medications for side effects. If anyone reads this please send me the cyclizine

Wouldn’t even give any stars as I recieved nothing but a needle box and a leaflet, I have emailed to complain and been told there is nothing they can do for me. Would not recommend

I have sent numerous emails to my bmi and never had a response, i had a pen that didnt work correctly and sent an email regarding this asking if someone could contact me but as of yet i have not had any response this was about 2 months ago

Not happy that I cannot get 2mg which is the dose I was on. I can only get 1.5mg and that is £50 more than I was paying before!

Unfortunately, this will probably be the last month that I use this company due to them having doubled their prices within a couple of months. The product works well and I have lost over 2 stone/kept it off, but I can now buy it with other companies at much more competitive prices. Yes, we know there has been lots of media coverage and therefore demand has increased, but to double their prices in such a short time is clearly exploiting their loyal customers.

Parcel says delivered but I wasn't there took a photo of Parcel on my door step but when I came home3 days later no parcel was on my step surely this parcel has to be signed for its medication and needs refrigerating but but my bmi says no as far as their concerned it's been delivered

You ran out of the 14mg pills. All you had available was the 7mg at the same highly inflated price. You've lost a customer.

Hi Findlay, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that we have run out of the 14mg, this is due to a pan European shortage of these medications. We assure you we are working really hard to source inventories from alternate sources but the demand is simply outstripping supply at present. We understand that it can be frustrating when a product is out of stock, especially when it is a medication that you rely on. We do not inflate our prices, we have however had to increase our pricing due to the aforementioned shortages driving up wholesale prices. It would simply not be sustainable for us to hold prices (as much as we would like to) in the face of increasing wholesaler costs. Very poor. Avoid at all costs. I placed an order and prior to it being processed and prescribed cancelled it in line with their terms and conditions. Nonetheless myBMI insisted on sending out the unwanted medication and charging for it necessitating the commencement of legal action.

Therefore, myBMI cannot be held responsible if you decide to proceed with the consultation and later change your mind. We strongly advise ensuring your certainty about starting the treatment before making the purchase. Once your consultation has been approved, it is not possible to cancel it as the prescribed item has already been assigned to you. Absolutely terrible service. Order dispatched on a Friday, it was refrigerated medication at the cost of £250 to me personally, didn’t arrive until Monday and was warm. I asked to return and a replacement to be sent which is my legal right and was refused. I’ve requested that my case be escalated to a complaint which still hasn’t happened.

They are fine when it works. But my package was not delivered or attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail. Consequently sitting in the sorting office for four days during a heat wave. I’ve contacted BMI about this 3x they said don’t worry it’s fine to use. Really?? Then why do they go to the trouble of a 24h temperature controlled delivery?? Then they said the package is not their responsibility once it has been dispatched. Which is absolutely not true, it is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure that the items arrive as sold. What concerns me the most, this isn’t a pair of shoes, it’s a medicine being injected into the body and they could not care less the condition of it. A pretty major red flag.

Very, very, very poor, terrible, I don’t recommend to anyone. Almost one week to deliver, they delivered at the WRONG address, I got the box warm, I don’t even know if the product was damaged. For this price it doesn’t worth for sure!!!

Wanted to restart medication and asked for anti-sickness as I had that previously but was told that the prescription had been sent out and that they couldn’t now add it so basically I couldn’t have the anti sickness medication. Very silly process to be fair.

Really poor customer service. Paid £200 for my order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. You’re not covered if something goes wrong essentially, my order was sent apparently, it’s not special delivery. Have no idea where it is, and the team at myBMI are essentially waiting for said item to be returned before taking any action. Obviously my the the time I receive this Pen it will probably be unusable. Go with a reputable company, seem to be a lot of cowboys in this space, who will take your money, say the order has shipped and then offer no support of item doesn’t arrive for whatever reason. Strongly recommend to use an online pharmacy with long track record! Thank me later..🙏

Horrible unscrupulous company with appalling customer service. Given the potential side effects of this drug, a consultation should mean that you have an opportunity to discuss this with a health professional before being billed 200 pounds, hours after filling out a generic questionnaire. I have asked repeatedly for a refund after refusing the order, and to date, that hasn't happened. Your company is an absolute disgrace with a non-existent duty of care.

I requested urgent advice with regards to the medication 1 day shy of a week ago, 2 separate times and have not received a response. I did however get this feedback request and I’m sad to say I’m not impressed at all. Hoping this will prompt a response and someone looking into my concerns.
