Really poor service this month! No sign of delivery and was told to go and pick it up from dpd place no where near me. Took me an hour to get there due to traffic to be told without a QR code no! When I clicked the tracking it was DHL and they do not have parcels from DHL for the last 2 years. Wasted my time after a 12 hour NHS shift plus wasted petrol and still no item I am fuming. What happened to Royal Mail you have dispatched with for the last year?

My injections arrived. Warm. I’ve had no response from customer services. No idea whether safe to take them. Waste of money.

After a delay I was sent my prescription but then phoned and told I could not take it because of my age. Luckily I had not started it. I sent it back as requested No communication with BMI other than this and no confirmation that my return was received or that my refund was processed. I was promised a pack in which to return it but instead received an emailed label and curtly told to find the packaging myself. No care or concern was shown to me. I am not favourably impressed.

I've been a customer for approximately 13 months so far and suddenly I can't access the website. Despite this being likely to be an issue with their website, they appear reluctant to assist me in continuing my treatment and won't provide an alternative such as an email or telephone consultation. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated as the treatment is not cheap and going elsewhere will likely mean being back at Square 1. In the meantime, I'm about to run out.

I am so ill. I cant get out of bed. I have a terrible headache and sick . I cant even drink water. I just hope that it will pass inthe next few days. I will not be taking any more!

Hi Cat, Thank you for your review. Most people that start on a weight loss journey hope to see results fairly quickly. However, rapid weight loss can be dangerous. You should consider the effects that rapid weight loss could have on your overall health before trying to lose weight fast. It’s generally recommended to aim to lose 1-2lbs a week once you get going. You’re likely to lose more than this in the first few weeks due to shedding excess fluid in the body. After this though, you should focus on making lifestyle changes that allow you to lose 1-2lbs a week. Although it is possible to lose more, it isn’t usually advised. Rapid weight loss is less likely to be sustainable in the long-term. This means that if you lose a lot of weight quickly, you’re more likely to gain it back again. This is partly why gradual weight loss is recommended over rapid methods. Have you tried to eating smaller with more protein? Kind regards myBMI.

I haven’t received my order and when i contacted the team they said its been delivered already! I’ve paid for this product and I want to have it I have attached my number to the address details however no one called me And its an important delivery its a medicine how come they haven’t asked about signature!????

Extremely Poor customer service and bad handling of a issue created by the company. I received my first set of rybelsus tablets fine and started the course. I found they weren’t working for me and emailed their support and asked if I could change to the injection. I was told I could do this. I then went ahead to complete my consultation in my portal and found I was not given an option to purchase the injection only the tablets. I emailed customer support to ask for guidance and how I could order the injection. I was told by Kyle at their customer service to order the tablets through my portal and they would switch it to the injection for me. I went ahead and did this. I then emailed again to confirm I was receiving the injection. Kyle then emailed me back saying sorry they sent the tablets already. I asked for the injection to be dispatched instead as agreed and I got a response of No, “you can have a 10% discount next time you order” This is shocking customer service and for something that costs £199 I can’t believe they would treat a customer like this. I have since sent 3 emails and posted on the Facebook forum asking for this to be rectified. I have requested to have a return approved so I can get a refund. I have been ignored since. To send incorrect items which I cannot use then ignore and not sort the situation is unacceptable. If I do not receive any response soon I will be taking further legal action to recover my funds.
