I've been a customer for approximately 13 months so far and suddenly I can't access the website. Despite this being likely to be an issue with their website, they appear reluctant to assist me in continuing my treatment and won't provide an alternative such as an email or telephone consultation. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated as the treatment is not cheap and going elsewhere will likely mean being back at Square 1. In the meantime, I'm about to run out.
