The weekly injection has worked really well for me. I was wasn’t sure what to expect but the specialists helped me move up my dose each month to make sure any side effects were minimal. I am now nearly at my target weight and feeling more positive about myself than I have in 20 years.

Have been a customer for 2 years and the treatment has been life changing really. Lost weight I've been yo-yoing around for years, without feeling starved and miserable and then moved to trying to maintain it. It was pretty brilliant, with fast review of your consultation and dispatch via Royal Mail 24hr delivery. Meds are pretty well packaged in wool with an ice pack and enough needles. Whenever I had an issue, customer service staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the global shortage has made everything more difficult. The prices are now pretty jaw dropping, and they are struggling with stock, so I'll have to start weaning off - what used to be £200 is now £400. It's a shame they didn't limit new sign-ups so that existing clients could be cared for. The other issue I've had is that you can only hope they might be able to deliver on a day that suits you. I think for that price, with a refrigerated medication, it should be easy to pick a day and part of the process. I've also had times when I got no dispatch or delivery notification and was just lucky to get the package in time. Some tweaking could make it perfect, but overall was a big fan and it's a shame that it's become uneconomical. Hope they can sort the issues or I can find somewhere else.

Unfortunately, this will probably be the last month that I use this company due to them having doubled their prices within a couple of months. The product works well and I have lost over 2 stone/kept it off, but I can now buy it with other companies at much more competitive prices. Yes, we know there has been lots of media coverage and therefore demand has increased, but to double their prices in such a short time is clearly exploiting their loyal customers.

They are fine when it works. But my package was not delivered or attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail. Consequently sitting in the sorting office for four days during a heat wave. I’ve contacted BMI about this 3x they said don’t worry it’s fine to use. Really?? Then why do they go to the trouble of a 24h temperature controlled delivery?? Then they said the package is not their responsibility once it has been dispatched. Which is absolutely not true, it is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure that the items arrive as sold. What concerns me the most, this isn’t a pair of shoes, it’s a medicine being injected into the body and they could not care less the condition of it. A pretty major red flag.

I've been using myBMI now since November, I cannot recommend them enough I have ordered my weight loss injections regularly without any issues, the prescribers are able to address any side effects with either recommendation or further prescriptions, I have recommended myBMI to numerous friends and family, I couldn't have completed my weight loss journey without myBMI 22 kg down I'm on my final push now

Really pleased. The online consultation was thorough and easy to complete. Follow-up consultations are also a straightforward process. Deliveries have been on time. I've almost completed 2 months on Rybelsus. Was scared of the side effects but started on a really low dose. I've had minimal side effects even when my dose gradually increased. Don't feel hungry anymore and not thinking about food anymore. I'm 52 and my appetite is the now same as it was when I was 20. I've lost 6kg without even trying and my energy levels are increasing. This is a game changer and life changing. Don't be put off by all the negative press regarding side effects (there's a billion dollar lifestyle industry not liking the semaglutides). I can’t rate on medicine as I am only taking it for 3 days. However, the medication was not shipped for days, I had to call customer service after waiting for a week, then they told me it would be with me the next day. It was delivered after 3 days. A delay of over 10 days from paying for the goods.

I have struggled with my weight all my life. Yo yo dieting. Weight piled on after a knee injury and then covid Started on injections last June. By January this year have lost 60lb. I am so happy Thank you so much

I am only on my 4th day starting Ozempic at the 0.25 dose and already feeling the benefits - I cannot eat anywhere near as much as I used to and I don't have sugar cravings. Thank you myBMI for the new beginning I very much needed. Super-fast delivery and excellent customer service by phone or email. I'm sticking with myBMI for the long haul!

The BMI Team have been really good, treatment is recieved on time and they add in meds if you are having a problem with things like acid reflux

I ordered ozempic from mybmi on a Sunday it arrived on the Tuesday very quick delivery. It’s an amazing medication so far for me 3/4 days into it and I’ve lost 8lbs worth every penny x

MyBMI have given me so much support and advice whilst I have been using Ozempic. I use their Facebook group and find it supportive and they reply to any queries really quickly. I have lost a lot more weight than I thought I would and can’t wait to see where I get to.

Very helpful with my weight loss journey. Managed to lose over a stone in 6 months great result. Finding it difficult to obtain the 1mg of Ozempic which produce the greater results. Informed when ordering out of stock. With not being informed, had to result back to the 0.5mg to continue with the medication. Hoping when reordering next month they have more stock.
