Really poor service this month!
No sign of delivery and was told to go and pick it up from dpd place no where near me. Took me an hour to get there due to traffic to be told without a QR code no!
When I clicked the tracking it was DHL and they do not have parcels from DHL for the last 2 years.
Wasted my time after a 12 hour NHS shift plus wasted petrol and still no item
I am fuming. What happened to Royal Mail you have dispatched with for the last year?
