I have my delivery, however I have to wait an addition 4 days as I have not been in when they’ve attempted to deliver. I’ve had to collect it myself. I’ve lost almost a week before I can start. Having the option to select a delivery day would be a great option.

The service and all the information provided are great but sadly I had dreadful side effects from the medication. Spent a week in bed/ on the loo with severe diarrhoea and felt so poorly. I can only assume it was the medication as my partner had eaten the same meals as me and was absolutely fine. I did wonder if I had covid as that can cause diarrhoea- but my test was negative. Obviously I did lose a few pounds in weight (every cloud) but that's not the way to do it. So disappointed.

Order was despatched promptly however courier DPD sent message to my mobile saying “try to deliver but no home” package will dropped of at nearest collection point this was not true I was working from home as well as having builders working downstairs going in abducts house they never saw a dpd van pull outside my house I was very annoyed this product should refrigerated on. Delivery so I add m unsatisfied with service bmi gave provided

Consultation completed entirely online, no additional questions asked, treatment delivered 2 days later. Not needed to make contact since, but I did register with the facebook group and made a post for advice approx. 5 days now, which is still pending approval by a moderator. Thankfully YouTube has proved a more useful source of information/ help.

I can’t rate on medicine as I am only taking it for 3 days. However, the medication was not shipped for days, I had to call customer service after waiting for a week, then they told me it would be with me the next day. It was delivered after 3 days. A delay of over 10 days from paying for the goods.

Prescription has been provided promptly and with adequate instructions. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of specific dietary support. There are a lot of general articles available, but no way to collate a plan specific to me. I'm seeing a lot of dissatisfaction in the FB group with people's progress and I wonder if it's because the way myBMI is currently structured is only tackling one side of the equation.

My order was dealt with very efficiently and I received my order in the post . I have started my low dose pen and really easy to use. Very surprised that I did not feel any pain when using the pen . I was surprised however I did not receive a telephone call to ensure I understood side effects etc .
