“The care and service is very good indeed. The problem is the high ongoing cost. I followed a 4 month course in the spring/summer but found £199 pcm too great a burden so i stopped and regained weight. I have started again and hope to be able to continue. I think there should be some encouragement like every 4th treatment free. This would be impetus to keep going”

“Good at selling their product, average support, prices increase as dosage increases which is unfair because by that time customers are ‘hooked’ and feel compulsed to continue with weight loss programme. Rate of weight loss slows down midway of the programme. Customer support could be better with tailored responses rather than generic responses.”

Good afternoon, Farzana, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service. The price only increases is for our specialist dose of 2mg, the rest of the plan remains the same. You can cancel the treatment at any time, you are not locked into a subscription, I can only apologise if you feel this way. “I have received my order but it didn’t come with 2 extra needles which they said would come with it on the 0.25 so if I wanted to I could double up on the 3rd week if I had no side effects :(”

“Iv only been on it four weeks and I have notice I haven’t wanted any sweet things and lost three pounds so far and no after effects so keeping fingers crossed it carry’s on.”
