Customer service is terrible. I placed an order last month, and it didn't arrive, but what's worse is that my subscription stayed open and still it kept billing me each week. I cancelled my subscription after two weeks of this and contacted support so that I could be refunded, but no reply. Avoid unless you want your money taken. I contacted them on all available channels (email, phone, FB, Instagram) and I didn't get a single reply.
