“Our fitness-mad son's been eating My Prep meals for approximately 2 years now, but the whole family actually eat them too. His favourite meal of the day is always the breakfast with asparagus (no egg!) There's generally a very good choice of menu choices, with meals being very tasty and well balanced. The portions are perfect for our needs. The delivery system using DPD is also First Class. We receive texts and e-mails confirming the date and time of our expected delivery, so we know exactly when our meals are due to arrive. My Prep's Customer Service is also second-to-none!! If I've had a query in the past, I always get a response more or less immediately and the staff are unbelievably helpful. All in all, quality meals and good value for money. We'd HIGHLY RECOMMED!!”

“Customer service is terrible. I placed an order last month, and it didn't arrive, but what's worse is that my subscription stayed open and still it kept billing me each week. I cancelled my subscription after two weeks of this and contacted support so that I could be refunded, but no reply. Avoid unless you want your money taken. I contacted them on all available channels (email, phone, FB, Instagram) and I didn't get a single reply.”

“No messing, nae fuss, nae shopping, nae cooking, trusted ready supply food every Saturday, filling Awsome tasty job done!! What's not to like!! Customer service great guys actually drove my meals out to house when dpd had delivery probs!! David”

“My Prep is my go to meal service when I’m in the UK for work. The best part for me is the consistency of the macros across the menus, meaning I really don’t have to think too hard about planning specific meals; I can just have whatever meal I feel like that day! Also you can’t beat the price. Top notch, 10/10 would recommend!”

“I have used myprep for years now and the taste and quality of the food is amazing! Saves me so much time cooking because I work full time and have a busy life. Always very fresh and the customer service is 5 star. Love how often they change their menus around aswell”

“I've had 2 orders from these guys. They were pretty decent food. The menu seems to change and they select what meals that they think you'll want. I only got one email asking me to confirm my selections but that was AFTER I got the new menu items. Anyway, they aren't really good at responding promptly, I will say. No one ever answers the phone, and it takes them at least a day to respond to emails.”

“Great macros, I tried multiple dishes, and most of them are good. A couple where exceptionally good, and a couple were too spicy (too much spice, curry, etc...).”

“I have tried a lot of my prep companies over the years but these guys are the best,the portions are great and the food is delicious 😋, I have been using My Prep for 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else ,they change the menu every 4 weeks so always something new and delicious to try,thanks guys”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. Out of the months I’ve been using my prep I’ve only ever had one very minor issue (which to be honest was the couriers fault) and the customer service I received from Alan and the team was absolutely amazing… cannot rate highly enough. Great food, good quality. Reasonably priced with great service. Thanks guys!”
