They are useless 90 % of the staff are arrogant and rude, try and report issues and they are never even delt with it, they condone antisocial behaviour, I can go on for life time here, they fail to deal with pest control and littering.
They are absolutely not living up to there agreement as to what a landlord should be I know that they have been found guilty in the past a numbers of times for not providing the proper services that there tenants are entitled to and looks like there fail yet again
