“Visited a resident at Grapnell apartments today. Despite it being a non smoking building, from entering the building, travelling in the lift and inside the apartment I Visited stank of weed. Spoke to the concierge department who are paid a management fee and they said they could not smell anything. Another couple in the lift spoke of their discust to the smell also. “This is the worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. As an environmental scientist, I wanted to raise awareness about Clarion's gardening practices with their customer service team and inquire about their approach to mitigating climate change. However, the representative on the phone refused to let me speak or voice my concerns about the destruction of local habitats in Bromley (BR1) caused by their poorly trained gardeners.
These so-called gardeners are cutting down trees, hedges, and roses—essential elements of our wildlife habitat—without any apparent knowledge or care using petrol hedge cutters e.g., cut the hedges that have been well established for local birds and cut the essential vegetation to knee height. When I requested contact details for their environmental department or estate management team, I was refused simply because I am a private tenant rather than the property owner.
Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude, along with their complete disregard for environmental responsibility, is an absolute disgrace. The local habitat should be under their care, not subjected to such reckless destruction on the regular basis. I will not give up on this matter and will escalate it to the Housing Ombudsman.”

They destroyed our garage illegally with no warning, no letters, no calls
They were meant to fix it years ago when the garage caved in on itself
We called them many times to fix it instead they cordoned it off under lock where you could only open it if you knew the pin and none of us including neighbors knew the pin
Anyways instead some months ago they bulldozed it and destroyed our family's priceless possessions and deny it was their fault and say the council did it

“Clarion housing are basically slum Lords who allow drug use and ASB to go on in their properties. They don't properly maintain or update dated interiors and in most cases their flats do not meet current health and safety standards. Where I live in Beckenham there is constant drug use and dealing and although it's reported constantly Clarion do nothing. They just say, get a crime number, NO CLARION, YOU SORT OUT YOUR FERAL TENANTS.”

“Shitehawks.. they left me with piles of broken asbestos tiles which they say were a suitable floor.. not only trip hazard but lethal as well. Heating broken for months in winter but charged me a fortune for having no heating . Bathroom taps too blocked with asbestos fibres from damaged asbestos tank and dead rodent body parts to work . Oh and they add mystery debits to your account when you are in credit.”
