We have a Nonexisting housing officer sarah that don't Reply to you, visit you. Help you Never comes around blocked your emails because Clearly she's not educated enough to deal with any issue you may have and seems to forget the Tenants pay her wages. When you do Eventually get through to someone on phone after being on for hours and hours they are Absolutely useless and think they are better then you but really they just a number and a jobsworth. But I suppose they've got to justify their job by making things more Difficult. That really doesn't have to be. It's very hard to Have patience For a company that are not helpful and the staff are disrespectful and don't care just want to have an Argument with you and if they dont like what you say because you're Cleverer then them they put the phone down.. they really need to Invest in some training for the staff so they know how to speak to people and deal with issues Because that's THEIR JOB

Dodgey firm Don't do jobs, carry out appointments just to cover themselves. When operatives come out they are clearly briefed on how to act in a choreographed way, scripted to the Letter T infact. "Nothing to see here, that still got 40 years life left on it" Delusional company, corrupted, dangerous.

Waiting a week for clarion to sort out my hot water element in the water tank and still hasn"t been fixed. Call them up and get cut off so recall and when you get through you get an incompetent idiot who keeps trying to tell me I have gas heating when I am all electric ! There is an old saying which applies to this organisation " You pay peanuts, you get monkeys ".

Poor communication. waitting for age's to sort out any repairs or even give you updates. Only care about taking rent. No customer service at all.

There is an antisocial neighbour living in the block that Clarion refuse to deal with. He has kicked in someone's door. Clarion just told the victim to get a new door. He broke into someone's car to steal his ebike. Clarion told the victim that this doesn't meet the threshold for them to investigate. His dog fouls all over the carpets and just outside the entrance. Clarion does nothing - the building manager asks the building cleaner to clean after this dog. His dog bites people and others' dogs. Clarion tell us to report to the Council, who do as much as they can considering it's not their block. He uses the WhatsApp groups to instigate violence against the victims who reported him to the police. Clarion says this doesn't meet their threshold to investigate. He harasses the people in the block, saying it's in his 'culture'. Clarion says to get a crime reference number, but then refuse to work with the police or LIE that the report was closed with no action so they can't do anything (not true - the reports have never been closed with no action, and they can still do something). He has breached the tenancy agreement by leaving items in the communal areas. Clarion says they will investigate, but then say they didn't know about the issue when we chase. He has attacked people, physically. Clarion says to get a crime reference number - one victim gave Clarion the crime reference number, the police officer's email address, the evidence, and the copy of the crime report WITH action, but Clarion told the victim, "What do you want us to do with this?" He uses his dog to enter our properties (you walk in, the dog follows you in, he follows the dog in), then gets aggressive if you challenge him and/or steals something on his way out. Clarion told us that his dog isn't allowed, but the dog is still there. No action was taken about the burglary. He deals drugs in the block. Clarion ignore us when we try to report this to them. He has mugged people on the block. Clarion says this doesn't meet their threshold to investigate. He has verbally abused people. Clarion says this doesn't meet their threshold to investigate. He is a noise nuisance. Clarion told victims to report to the Council and police, who both did their jobs and both told victims to complain about Clarion for serious incompetence and service failure. We've tried to complain on the phone, but got told that we can't. Someone in the call centre (Yasmin) said that they won't open a complaint so we can't go to the housing ombudsman (normally, you escalate to the housing ombudsman after the complaints procedure is complete and the outcome is unsatisfactory, but they won't even open a procedure). That in itself is reportable. He boasts about how he is getting away with what he wants, and Clarion doesn't mind. It's disgraceful. The Council, police, and building manager have all provided evidence to Clarion about this neighbour. They still do nothing. Some leaseholders are collectively taking legal action. One leaseholder refuses to pay their service charge until action is taken against this person. Clarion is breaching their agreement with us, the leaseholders, by taking no action against this neighbour. Do not buy from Clarion Housing. They only help the criminals, not the people who pay their salaries. I bet my property that the 5-star reviews on here are from Clarion, the criminals they help to terrorise other leaseholders, or the gullible.

Just tried to get a simple response over grass cutting on land they own which is effecting all residents due to increased pollen. Website useless and phone call means you wait and then get cut off.

I just wish I could leave a no star for Clarion. I've read a lot of the reviews on here and we all can't be wrong the way Clarion treats their tenants is really appalling I can't justify it enough. You make a complaint about ASB/drugs/nasty neighbours and Clarion is just happy to brush it aside and close the case without even opening one. No doubt the worst Housing Association I have ever come across, absolutely useless. Tenants resort to leaving reviews on here to air their views because they are so frustrated with the way they are treated by Clarion.

I moved into one of Clarions properties and was faced with very racist neighbours a few days of moving in blatantly abusing you just by looking at them, shouting racist remarks, intimidating me and my family. After months of putting up with this I told Clarion and reported it to the Police. They overlooked the situation and I was made to feel like I was causing the problem just by moving into the area. Over a year now and it's getting worse. They came into my garden and smashed and broke things. I was told to put cctv. I produced evidence and the Police and Clarion disregarded it, saying not enough evidence. I kept writing logs of the incident and nothing was done. I now have to move again and I haven't even unpacked my last boxes. Pathetic

Yet another day off work waiting for a clarion housing officer to NOT turn up!! Won’t get payed and will be forced by them to make another appointment and lose another days money and probably won’t turn up again.

The boiler packed up 10 days ago,we’ve been fobbed off since,after numerous calls to Smith & Biford. When I called Clarion, they said it’s down to Smith & Biford.We are meant to be priority as we are 76 & 79 years old. We have been freezing with only a small fan heater which is costing us £11 A DAY!!! DISGUSTING.No heating for 10 days.

Disgusting non service!! There is no emergency number to ring and the boiler stopped working yesterday ( Saturday)so no heating or hot water in this freezing weather !! Surely there should be an emergency number , it’s unacceptable to not get through to the gas company they use when there is no reply!! Unbelievable

My neighbours are racist and nothing that this housing has done has helped the situation, and the police have done nothing either. When I first moved to my house they said if anyone gives me bother then they will sort it out and it's been 6 years and they have done nothing. I show them proof and cctv footage and they come to my house and go and say they can't do anything, my area is racist and they throw rocks and other objects at my house and nothing has been done to stop this situation

I am thinking about moving because I'm sick and tired of being messed around I have asked for for a bath to be put in because I'm sick of tired of my shower keep on flooding but no one is listening to me it's like talking to a brick wall if they put at disabled bath in I wouldn't have to keep on ringing the house in this has got to be the worst housing going leaving disabled people in bad situations if I end up falling I could actually Sue this housing

Clarion are the largest housing association in the UK, they are also the worst. My daughter had an horrendous experience in Warwick. Her flat suffered from a leak, causing excessive damp, mould & mildew. It took over 8 months to put this right, Clarion, in the first instance, refused to help, although they still owned 75% of the flat. It has since come to light that this flat had suffered this problem before but Clarion stated that it had not had any problems with damp before. Despite many, many emails & phone calls Clarion proved to be uncaring, inept & took a long time to pay any compensation to my daughter for her upheaval & having to relocate for 8 months. Clarion Housing association are an absolute disgrace. Thousands of complaints are sent to Clarion every year but they still continue to treat tenants in a very uncaring way.

Absolutely rubbish, never able to help. I haven't heard a good word from anyone. Merton's branch is the worst, I don't know how they are able to exist.

Communication and treatment of tenants, a lot of things going wrong with Clarion Housing. They take months to fix repairs, take months to process and submitted applications i.e. mutual exchange applications. The only thing Clarion is good at is collecting rent.

I’m currently 7 months pregnant going through a 3 way swap, both other landlords have received and are reviewing the other two forms, but I can’t even get an answer from clarion to say if they have even received mine. I’ve emailed, wrote on message and online chat all day someone will be in touch and you guessed it.. nothing. Since this cyber attack there have also been no communication not even to see if we are okay, it’s absolutely disgusting the way they have treated their tenants just dropped and left us while they are sitting at home getting paid for literally ignoring us.
