We have a Nonexisting housing officer sarah that don't Reply to you, visit you. Help you Never comes around blocked your emails because Clearly she's not educated enough to deal with any issue you may have and seems to forget the Tenants pay her wages. When you do Eventually get through to someone on phone after being on for hours and hours they are Absolutely useless and think they are better then you but really they just a number and a jobsworth. But I suppose they've got to justify their job by making things more Difficult. That really doesn't have to be. It's very hard to Have patience For a company that are not helpful and the staff are disrespectful and don't care just want to have an Argument with you and if they dont like what you say because you're Cleverer then them they put the phone down.. they really need to Invest in some training for the staff so they know how to speak to people and deal with issues Because that's THEIR JOB
