This is the worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. As an environmental scientist, I wanted to raise awareness about Clarion's gardening practices with their customer service team and inquire about their approach to mitigating climate change. However, the representative on the phone refused to let me speak or voice my concerns about the destruction of local habitats in Bromley (BR1) caused by their poorly trained gardeners.
These so-called gardeners are cutting down trees, hedges, and roses—essential elements of our wildlife habitat—without any apparent knowledge or care using petrol hedge cutters e.g., cut the hedges that have been well established for local birds and cut the essential vegetation to knee height. When I requested contact details for their environmental department or estate management team, I was refused simply because I am a private tenant rather than the property owner.
Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude, along with their complete disregard for environmental responsibility, is an absolute disgrace. The local habitat should be under their care, not subjected to such reckless destruction on the regular basis. I will not give up on this matter and will escalate it to the Housing Ombudsman.
