Excellent customer service, bought my bracelet and notch at the London Marathon expo and the gent I spoke to was just so lovely! Came home and ordered a personalised notch and a daffodil one for marie curie who I ran at LM for, arrived 2 days later! I keep booking in more runs so I can purchase more notches! 😂
