Having recently lost my Notch bracelet which was a 50th birthday present; with 11 notches on it! I contacted Notch for a replacement. Not only did they suggest waiting a week in case it turned up but they replaced it at half the original cost without any complications or errors with any of the charms. I’m delighted and the family didn’t fond out of lost! Can’t praise the staff highly enough! Chris Spink
