I have experienced the best customer service, in all my years (no exaggeration), with My Pet Chicken. The first thing that drew me in was that I could one chick from many breeds and not a minimum requirement like other websites. After placing my order, a breed became available that I had really wanted. I called and left a message with customer service and received a call back within 5 minutes and spoke to the most pleasant and helpful person. Another time I called but didn't leave a message and STILL received a call back asking if I needed anything because they saw they missed a call from me!! Unheard of customer service. However, my question was resolved via chat- another great option. And finally, my chicks arrived happy and healthy, and safely (and warmly) packaged and have been thriving. I've not lost a single one. Overall, I'm beyond pleased with the health of my chicks and the exceptional customer service. If I ever decide to expand my flock, or if someone asks for a recommendation, I will, without hesitation, recommend My Pet Chicken. Thank you!!!!!
