I used the Didcot parking on 20/11/2021 and there was no option to pay by machine. Using the number to pay via phone said my account was suspended. I called the next number displayed on the sign post and they also were not able to help as it is not a customer support number as advertised on the sign post.
Then I see that this number is billed as a premium number despite it not being advertised on the sign post. So you make sure customers cannot pay via advertised means and then charge them to call your advertised numbers. Shameful service.
