Worse parking experience I've EVER had. After ringing the phone number 8 times (!) and receiving multiple texts telling me to re enter my number plate 30 MINUTES later I gave up and downloaded the app which I'm assuming is what they wanted. My phone is old and the battery was drained and I went over my data allowance. HOW CAN SOMETHING SO SIMPLE BE MADE SO PAINFUL?! I can honestly say this riuned my trip. It took almost 1 hr to sort out parking payment!!!! Absolutely disgusting.
