Utterly appalling service. It took over an hour and an online chat to purchase a parking ticket because the app kept throwing up an error message, telling me to 'try again later'. It turned out that my account had been suspended because I had not used it for a while (3 months ago is not that long ago!) I also tried calling only to be advised that my account was suspended and that I had to log on to the app to resolve this and yet there was nothing within the app to indicate a problem with my account, or any form of resolution process. I parked at site 9550 in Didcot and whilst trying to sort out payment with RingGo the car park operator issued a penalty notice of £100 (UK Parking Control Ltd). Paying via RingGo is the only option at this site and yet RingGo's technology/service is totally unreliable. This seems like a scam and surely cannot comply with the British Parking Association's Code of Practice. Am disgusted.
