Where do I start? Just haven't been able to use the app for months and cannot find out why. Can't even get through to them them! And when I do it says "parking sessions unpaid" (how's that even possible??) and how do I pay them off?? Everything about their website and App is apalling (too much to mention). How does Ringgo get away with it???
