The difficulties start with trying to register with the App. Further difficulties arise with cards' acceptance and trying to make contact via any of the useless phone contact numbers. If you are desperate to pay for parking in the absence of a cash machine Ringo is not a solution. It adds to frustration over what should be a simple transaction.
