Ringo is a rip off with hidden fees. They charge a 20 pence convenience fee and 30 pence for 2 texts. They said the convenience fee was advertised on the signage on site. When I said I have a picture of the signage with nothing about the fee they said it’s in the app T&Cs. The text messaging fee is also in the T&Cs. When I explained that online consumer purchase act says they must notify clearly of all fees they cleared down the chat.
Be warned everyone. Try to use the local machine if there is one. All these 50 princes soon add up. C
