Absolutely thieves working along with local council. I have parked my car in Chalfont car park where states that you can stay up to five hours, no restrictions on the time. I parked for 3 hours and after noticed that there is train delays straight away tried to pay extra to extend time or to buy 1 hour extra. However, once I tried to pay for it to extend 1hour, poped out the not in frames "Sorry we are unable to park you as the no return rule in effect. Please refer to a local signage". I have proof that the local signage does not state that in the location of max 5 hours stay you not allowed to extend stay after 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 hours. I have tried to communicate with ringo customer service in The live chat and she said you supposed to extend at least 10 min before expiring. I tried to extend 2min before and same framed message as above mentioned appeard on the screen. I have recorded all conversation and would love to publish this company to social media and journalists about dirty ringo and government business that ruins our lives taking money that we need to put food on the table.
